Rebecka Hakansson

Background:

Rebecka is originally from Ann Arbor Michigan and began skating with AAFSC at 6 years old. Since then, she has competed freestyle and dance representing AAFSC, including qualifying for Solo Dance Nationals and winning a freeskate pewter in the National Qualifying Series in 2021. She is currently pursuing a degree at Washtenaw Community College, and plans to become a coach full time.

Experience:

Rebecka started her coaching journey in 2019 at age 14 as an apprentice coach for AAFSC. She became a Junior coach for the club in 2022.
