Dr. Richard Porter Synchronized Classic

The Ann Arbor Figure Skating Club is proud to host the 13th Annual Dr. Porter Synchronized skating competition. The dates for this competition are December 6 and 7, 2008. Competition Chairperson is Mary Reilly  and Co-Chairperson is Larry Ward.

Springtime Competition

The Ann Arbor Figure Skating Club is proud to host the 25th Annual Springtime Invitational Competition. The dates for this competition are May 14, 15, 16, and 17 2009. Competition Chairperson is Ann Dougherty and Co-Chairperson is Jim Achtenberg. Competition information will be available January 2009 with an entry deadline in March 2009.

A special thank you to all those who help volunteer and make this a great competition with many happy faces and smiles!

Basic Skills Competition

The Basic Skills Competition will be held at the beginning of June 2009. Competition information can be found on this web site when it becomes available. The Competition will have many events from Basic Skills through Preliminary. It will include fun events and Showcase for all levels.

The Ann Arbor Basic Skills Competition is one of the Michigan Basic Skills Series Competitions and points will be given for the Series events. Competition Chairperson is Jim Achtenberg. For more information you can contact Jim Achtenberg at jacht@umich.edu.
